My husband Jay and I began our tandem riding in March 2001. We found a used tandem, not sure what our dedication would be. One morning in May, Jay and I stumbled upon Steve and Denise’s Sno-Mon Loop ride just about to start. We were very impressed with the parking lot full of tandems. They asked us to join them so we tagged along and had a great time. We joined ETC shortly thereafter and participated in many of the rides last year. Some of the other rides we participated in last season include 2001 Northwest Tandem Rally, Flying Wheels, 1-day STP and RSVP. We rode over 2200 miles in our first year.

Unfortunatley, I have developed knee problems this year and haven't been able to ride much. I hope to be out on the road again very soon.

We have made great friends through the club and hope to make many more in the coming years.
