So, my question is; what kind of comments do people make to Randall about
his "empty seat"?

Have you hung a sign over the top tube:  "Tandem Taxi"?

Do you have a "place holder" for the stoker's saddle?  You know, teddy bear,
inflatable stoker, etc.? 

Inquiring minds want to know!

I'm happy to note that Barb was recently honored as 1 of 12 Commute 
Champions for 2009 by the Greater Redmond Transportation Management 
Association.

She had inspired some of her coworkers to bike to work and one of them 
nominated her as a GRTMA commute champion.

Those that were nominated commuted to work via cycling, van pool, car pool, 
bus and/or walking.
