Two words.
Ebay.
They are still the best source for old gear like that. There's always a bike shop going out of business somewhere and they are clearing out the shelves.
You can find new/old stock on just about anything.
Hell you can get a pulse jet engine for your bike now. Really. 50# of thrust at full throttle. 5 gpm, but you can last a while if you take camelbacks full of kerosene.
