Lisa, I'm not sure of the date of your experience, but just mention  
that you are an Evergreen Tandem Club member with a 10% discount  
available.  If there are any questions, ask the sales person if they  
could run it by Rick or John.  Unfortunately we do not have a  
membership card, but I've found that carrying our ETC business card,  
which is printable from our website, helps.  Judi
