[ETC-Discussion] Sedro-Woolley to Concrete loop ride

Here is a heads up...I just submitted a ride for tomorrow so it might not
show up for a bit.

The ride starts at Sedro-Woolley High School, located at 1235 Third St.
Sedro-Woolley, WA 98284.

This will be a stay together ride that averages 17 mph on the flats although
there are no flats just easy inclines or gradual declines.
