[ETC-Discussion] Sedro-Woolley to Concrete loop ride

Just wanted to chime in and say that it's a nice ride.  Kathy and I did this
last Saturday with Sheila and Spencer.  Nice tail wind going up the hill, I
think we averaged near 20 mph going up hwy. 20.  Coming back down was a bit
harder.
