Note on Ride Pace

Specifying ride pace is more an art than a science. While the ride may go faster or slower on the flat from time-to-time, the pace value for our rides is the pace the leader expects to be typical while riding on the flat. Ride leaders may put additional pace information in the ride description, like pace on the hills.
